Exhibition Booking Terms & Conditions

Event: Kgatleng West Business Conference & Expo 2026
- Booking & Payment: Exhibition spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is required within seven days of invoice issuance. A booth is only confirmed once full payment has cleared.
- Exhibition Space: Bookings provide space-only allocation. Exhibitors are responsible for their own display structures, furniture, branding and equipment, unless otherwise specified.
- Environmental Compliance: Exhibitors must comply with the Green Expo Protocol. Single-use plastic straws and non-biodegradable consumer packaging are prohibited.
- Security: The organiser provides general site security. Exhibitors remain responsible for securing their individual displays and equipment and complying with the 16:30 booth-lockup procedure.
- Event Compliance: Exhibitors must follow applicable event safety, environmental and operational requirements.
